Senior Psychologist

Job Summary

UGECAM DES HAUTS DE FRANCE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and collective care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Conduct and interpret psychological evaluations, including cognitive, intellectual, and personality assessments.
• Develop and implement cognitive evaluations and risk assessments for residents.
• Collect advance directives and identify trusted individuals for residents.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of communication aids for residents.
• Provide support to families and professionals.
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Maintain relationships with external partners providing psychological care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology.
• Experience working with elderly populations is an asset.

Working Conditions

• Part-time position, 14 hours per week (one fixed day on Tuesday, with a second day to be agreed upon with management).
• Long-term contract for replacement of maternity leave.
• Salary: €1.91 per hour (13th and 14th months subject to attendance requirements).
