We are seeking a skilled Utilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our Utilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the management of utilities, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Utilities Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities, including water, electricity, and gas.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Energy Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and implement cost-saving measures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on utilities usage, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
- Education: DUT in Maintenance, Procédés, Énergie, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial processes, maintenance procedures, and energy efficiency principles.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, reactive, autonomous, and curious, with a strong sense of organization and initiative.
