Workshop Manager for Construction Equipment
DLSI Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our construction equipment fleet.
Responsibilities- Manage workshop scheduling and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform repairs on construction equipment, adhering to all safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Generate detailed written reports documenting each mechanical operation performed.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting support for equipment issues as needed.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal procedures and company standards.
- Proven technical training in vehicle mechanics, with a specialization in construction equipment preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the construction or heavy equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
