About the Role

Groupe Soufflet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our Commercial Director in various administrative and commercial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Commercial Director's schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and participate in commercial meetings, taking minutes and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for commercial team members.
  • Develop and maintain commercial databases and reports.
  • Assist in the development of commercial strategies and plans.
  • Contribute to the creation of commercial presentations and materials.
  • Coordinate responses to commercial tenders and proposals.
  • Support the commercial team in various administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in commerce and administration. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Language Skills

Fluency in English is required.
