Fermentis, a global key player in fermentation and yeasts, is a business unit of Lesaffre. We design, manufacture, and market innovative solutions for various industries, including Baking, Food taste & pleasure, Health care, and Biotechnology.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Communication Manager to join our team. As a key player in our communication strategy, you will be responsible for creating and managing our editorial calendar across all platforms, including websites, applications, and social media.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing communication campaigns in collaboration with our marketing and communication team
- Preparing and scheduling social media posts
- Feeding content on our websites and applications
- Reporting on your actions using metrics and dashboards
You will work closely with our Regional Communication Managers, Product Managers, Content Manager & Copywriter, and Graphic Designer to build our editorial calendar, social media posts, and website articles and pages.
You will also manage a Digital Communication Assistant.
RequirementsWe are looking for a fluent English/French speaker with a higher education degree in communication or digital marketing or equivalent. You should have a professional experience of 3 to 5 years in Digital, ideally in an international company or agency.
You should enjoy social media management and have a strong understanding of building a social media strategy and deploying it across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
You should also have analytical and synthesis skills, writing skills in English and French, and be comfortable with new technologies.
