Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Deputy Territorial Director, taking charge of a diverse portfolio of social housing facilities and/or accommodations for migrant workers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring financial viability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you will be expected to:

  • Engage with residents, assess their requirements, and assist them with administrative processes;
  • Maximize occupancy rates and actively enhance the residential experience;
  • Monitor and improve the economic performance of the properties by tracking essential management metrics (such as overdue payments and property assessments);
  • Support the implementation of social and rental management strategies in collaboration with the Social Integration Manager;
  • Uphold high service standards in partnership with the maintenance team, fostering a sense of community while ensuring adherence to internal policies;
  • Oversee the coordination of various service providers at the residence, ensuring cleanliness and operational functionality;
  • Protect the safety of both the properties and the residents.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a degree equivalent to a BTS in Real Estate, Social and Family Economics, or Management, along with substantial experience in a comparable position. You should have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing rental and social housing.

Your excellent interpersonal skills, commitment to customer service, and passion for hands-on work will enable you to adapt quickly to the role. Proficiency in standard office software is essential, and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Location: ANGERS
Compensation includes a fixed salary over 13 months, plus bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.

This position is offered as a renewable one-month fixed-term contract.
