We are seeking a dedicated Family Caregiver for SOS Children's Village, a full-time permanent role focused on nurturing and supporting children in a familial setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and consistently supported.
- Guide children through their daily activities, promoting their growth in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Honor each child's family background and adhere to the guidelines established by Child Welfare.
- Implement strategies that encourage material, social, and emotional independence.
- Oversee household finances while involving children in age-appropriate ways.
- Engage actively in community life and contribute to association initiatives.
- Capacity to establish strong emotional connections.
- Ability to maintain perspective and objectivity.
- Skill in guiding children through their educational journeys.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-discipline and composure.
- Valid driver's license with regular driving experience; a company vehicle will be provided.
- No specific educational qualifications required; CAP/BEP level is sufficient.
