Job Summary
The Department of Var is seeking a qualified Educateur d'internat to join our team at the Centre départemental de l'enfance (CDE). As an Educateur d'internat, you will be responsible for providing care and support to minors aged 15-18 who are in a difficult social and family situation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accueillir en urgence, accompagner, soutenir et garantir la protection des mineurs accueillis par la mise en place d'un travail relationnel auprès des jeunes et de leur famille
- Observer et évaluer les problématiques au travers de la mise en œuvre d'actions éducatives individuelles et (ou) collectives
- Assurer les activités liées à la vie quotidienne en internat
Working Conditions
The Educateur d'internat will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a variable schedule on a 7h-22h amplitude. The position requires weekend work and may involve travel and astreintes.
