Transatel is seeking a senior expert to drive its IMS and VoLTE projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IMS core networks and VoLTE implementations, with experience in driving large-scale projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive studies related to VoLTE and voice over IP on Telecom networks.
- Improve the current voice architecture by pointing out best enhancements and discussing with developers.
- Challenge short-term and overengineered solutions and show measurable value.
- Enrich the roadmap with a business-oriented and cost-conscious vision.
- Present projects and costs to top management and gain approval.
- Be responsible for technical partner relations.
- Drive technical solutions rollout up to the end in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or engineering equivalent.
- Documented experience in VoLTE rollouts with endorsements.
- Core voice and messaging support (VoLTE, VoWifi, SMS, RCS).
- Value Added Services, Real Time Call Control, Prepaid Offers, Roaming Services, Premium Services.
- Expert in GSM Core Networks: 3G/4G and 5G networks and related signalling protocols.
- Good knowledge of end devices and SIM technologies.
- Virtualisation, containers, cloud native telecom environments.
