Volfoni Trattoria is seeking a skilled Head Waiter/Waitress (M/F) for a full-time position (35 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize the dining area
- Oversee and manage service for assigned tables
- Provide guidance and recommendations to patrons
- Ensure efficient and seamless service
- Process customer payments

Compensation: 1955€ to 2065€ monthly, plus tips and a presence bonus after four months
