Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for structuring and optimizing quality processes across all our activities, ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be the main entry point for all transversal quality activities, providing support and guidance to our QA engineers, management, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coaching and upskilling our QA engineers, providing them with the necessary tools and expertise to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Structuring and evolving transversal QA processes, from initial requirement to steady-state production
- Providing support for QA engineers recruitment and interview processes
- Managing software promotion and activation processes
- Leading QA vision for NDC and group management, including technology evolutions and tooling
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in quality assurance, preferably in the airline IT industry. You should have a Master's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong customer focus, full proficiency in English, and any other language is a plus.
