About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Printemps in Marseille La Valentine. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through effective management of store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and organize store activity to meet business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Evaluate team members' sales skills and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Communicate effectively with area managers and provide regular updates on store performance
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment

Sales and Customer Service

  • Sell Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger products and drive sales growth
  • Process transactions and manage cash handling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty
  • Monitor sales performance and report to senior management

Visual Merchandising and Store Operations

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure store appearance and maintenance meet company standards
  • Supervise and coordinate store operations, including inventory management and stockroom organization

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail or fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English to communicate with international customers
