A Boutique Supervisor in a permanent position
Your Responsibilities:
Commercial Management
Engage in organizing customer reception and participate in sales activities.Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.Highlight the commercial space while adhering to Villeroy & Boch's concepts and merchandising guidelines.Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities.Manage after-sales services in collaboration with customer service.Oversee store operations: receiving and shipping goods, restocking, merchandising, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.Operational Management
Ensure the store opens and closes as scheduled.Monitor the general maintenance of the store, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.Build customer loyalty in alignment with the existing loyalty program.Propose enhancements to improve store operations.Team Leadership and Development
Onboard new team members, providing training on essential job functions.Communicate action plans set by upper management to the sales teams.Update teams daily on performance results and set sales and revenue targets.Ensure effective internal communication.Oversee e-learning training and ensure compliance with training requirements.Administrative Management and Reporting
Handle the administrative tasks of the store.Ensure compliance with labor regulations.Organize staff schedules and adjust working hours based on daily and seasonal activity fluctuations.Monitor cash flow and manage bank deposits.Track and analyze performance metrics and provide weekly reports to management.Think outside the box with us #shapeandcreate
