Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the IT infrastructure and network operations for Excelya France. Reporting to the IT Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Missions:
- Developing the strategy for evolving the infrastructure, systems, and databases, aligning with the company's IT strategy.
- Ensuring and driving the evolution of the infrastructure, system administration, networks, and databases.
- Piloting the maintenance of operational infrastructure and supervising systems, networks, interfaces, and applications according to business constraints.
- Participating in technical studies and infrastructure audits.
- Piloting infrastructure build projects.
- Ensuring the quality of service (availability, performance, service levels) of production systems, infrastructure, and IT.
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring KPIs.
- Implementing and controlling IT security and backup procedures.
- Contributing to the improvement and efficiency of the PRA and PCA.
- Providing level 2/3 support for systems and networks (incident resolution, problem-solving, and service requests).
