Job Description

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Director

Job Summary:

Holland & Knight is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Director to lead our infrastructure strategy and management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest levels of availability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): Lead the adoption and optimization of IaaS solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all infrastructure solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest security standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record leading successful projects.
  • ITIL – Infrastructure Technology Infrastructure Library.
