We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our digital solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a key interface between our customers and implementation teams, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Intuitive Hub implementations on time and within budget
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with customer and Intuitive project team members
  • Validate customer and sales team pre-requisites for successful implementations
  • Ensure adherence to established implementation processes and quality systems
  • Provide clear and timely communication to customers and stakeholders on project status and next steps
  • Support customer teams to initiate, plan, schedule, implement, and close projects on time and on budget
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; engineering, life science, or medical background preferred
  • 3-5 years project management experience; PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional European languages an advantage
  • Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively coordinate multi-functional teams in a matrix environment
