Colas, a leading global infrastructure solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Ile-de-France Normandie region.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of the site, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Lead and motivate site teams, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Excel.
