About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our team at Hôpital de Poissy-Saint-Germain-en-Laye. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the production of medications, including the preparation of sterile products and the analysis of prescriptions for chemotherapy.
  • Validate and analyze prescriptions for chemotherapy using specialized software and video monitoring systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality systems, including the creation and updating of procedures, instructions, and operating protocols.
  • Manage Antimicrobial Therapy Units (ATU) and Antimicrobial Agents (AAP) in oncology and hematology.
  • Participate in the development of pharmacy services, including the implementation of new technologies and the optimization of existing processes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and meet the requirements for practice in a Public University Hospital (PUI).
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Have a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
