We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team at Ibis Styles Tours Centre. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (and potentially a second language) is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in hotel management systems and other relevant software.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
