Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Superintendent to join our European team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing sample applications that showcase the usage of Sunmi SDKs for our prospects and customers.
- Liaising with our coordination team to ensure seamless software requirements for our European customers.
- Providing technical and architectural suggestions to our R&D team to enhance the development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform and products.
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Software Development, or Electronics.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership in Payment, Security, Retail, and/or Banking industries.
- 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Android, Java, Kotlin, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong technical knowledge in payment and security (EMV, cryptography, PKI).
- Technical knowledge of popular network protocols and hardware.
- Pre-sales experience is a plus.
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence) is a plus.
- Bonus points for start-up and scaling products and services experience.
- Excellent technical skills with a customer-focused spirit, interested in training and teaching technical solutions.
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and business partners.
- Experience interfacing remote teams and international environments.
- Open-minded and proactive, with the ability to think critically and display good judgment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of autonomy and responsibilities.
- Fluent in English.
