As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing radio communication systems for various clients, including government agencies and defense contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop radio communication architectures and systems for various frequency ranges, from HF to SHF.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement radio communication solutions, including antenna systems, radios, and network protocols.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, technical reports, and test plans.
• Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in radio communication system design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of radio communication architectures, protocols, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Security Clearance

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a security clearance process, as the position involves access to sensitive information related to national defense.
