Aerospace Procedures Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procedures and Training Engineer to join our team at European Satellite Services Provider (ESSP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operational and maintenance procedures of the EGNOS System, as well as providing operational training for operators and maintainers of the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage EGNOS training for system operators and maintainers, and ESSP personnel
- Produce training modules and supply and maintain the training tool
- Organize and supervise the execution of training: initial, refresh, and specific
- Produce training material and follow-up the development and maintenance in operational condition of the training simulator
- Follow-up of English language proficiency (English being the working language between ESSP, control centers, and all sites hosting EGNOS equipment and maintainers)
- 5 years' experience in Space or aeronautics domain in Project Management
- Very good level of English (minimum B2)
- Past experience with a LMS (Learning Management System) would be appreciated
- Skills in operating Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, pedagogy, and ease of speaking in public
