Xiaomi Technology is seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team
As a Global Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building new solutions and delivering insights through digital supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure on-time delivery, manage information flows from orders to shipments, and analyze operation figures to maintain reasonable stock levels.
Responsibilities:
- Build new solutions and deliver insights through digital supply chain;
- Responsible for organizing and monitoring the end-to-end delivery fulfillment;
- Conduct CPFR Call & Coordinate with the customer by sharing the weekly delivery plan;
- Handle the information flows from orders, shipments;
- Monitor and analyze the operation figures (forecast, sales, stock...) to keep reasonable stock level.
Requirements:
- Student currently enrolled in a master's program of a business/ engineering school or university with logistics, supply chain management or similar majors;
- Strong analytical skills, with creativity, always willing to initiate;
- Good command of written and oral French and English; ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking and willing to work under pressure.
