Job Overview
The Product Manager Asset Care - Water Treatment will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence by developing and implementing product and technology-related projects across our service offerings. This includes identifying and capitalizing on product and technology opportunities, overseeing service delivery, invoicing, and revenue follow-up, and providing technical guidance and support to teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new product or technology opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams in selecting the right products or technologies for their projects.
- Connect internal and external customers with relevant experts across our Products & Technology teams.
- Develop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting tools to track bookings, revenue, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs, ensuring customer insights drive product and technology decisions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality, logistics, and other operational aspects related to product and technology implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a water-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge from within the water treatment arena / asset care.
- Solid team leadership.
- Strong understanding of service offerings, target markets, and customer needs within the European context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in project management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback.
- Ability to write and speak in both English and French.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe, with possibility of further afield on occasions.
