The Opportunity: IT Contract Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic IS Performance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT contracts and fostering strong relationships with our suppliers.
Responsibilities:- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing IT contracts, identifying key terms, obligations, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement a standardized framework for categorizing and managing IT contracts, ensuring efficient retrieval and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, purchasing, and project teams, to ensure contract compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of outsourcing policies and procedures for IT services, promoting best practices and risk mitigation.
- Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring contract performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for contract-related projects, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (Business Law, Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity preferred), Purchasing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management software is highly desirable.
- A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization.
