ETF, a prominent entity in the global railway sector, is seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians. As a part of VINCI Construction, ETF is dedicated to the installation and upkeep of fixed railway infrastructure across national rail networks, urban transit systems, and industrial sidings.

The Mechanized Works division is on the lookout for its next Graduate Program Maintenance Technician.

Program Overview:
This Graduate Program is a specially designed one-year initiative aimed at equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge for the maintenance technician role. You will engage in two distinct assignments across various agencies to gain insights into our operations and services.

This year will include training sessions and hands-on experiences through multiple assignments, allowing you to explore a range of machinery, settings, and construction environments.

Training will be conducted at our dedicated training facility, focusing on the fundamentals of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of the equipment fleet (including tamper, regulator, locomotive, road-rail excavators, and loaders).
  • Oversee maintenance activities in both workshop and field settings.
  • Responsibilities encompass equipment maintenance, enhancing availability, refining maintenance procedures, providing technical assistance to the team, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

Recent graduates with a degree in mechanical or electrotechnical engineering, such as BTS/BUT in industrial maintenance or DUT in mechanical/electrotechnical engineering, are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a strong technical interest, commitment, eagerness to learn, organizational abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and a passion for teamwork.

A valid driving license is necessary. This position is based in Beauchamp (95).
