About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Officer to join our team in France. As a Medical Information Officer, you will be responsible for managing and organizing medical information on our products, providing responses to medical and pharmaceutical questions from healthcare professionals and individuals, and collaborating with our Medical Information Global team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Medical Information Lead France in organizing medical information activities and coordinating with the Medical Information Global team.
- Manage and organize responses to medical information queries from healthcare professionals and individuals, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information provided.
- Monitor and control the quality of medical information activities, ensuring that our team has the necessary training and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Develop and maintain standardized response documents, collaborating with the Medical Information Global team, Head of MI France, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve our medical information activities.
- Contribute to the analysis of medical information queries, generating insights and identifying potential signals. Inform relevant stakeholders, including the Head of Medical Information France, Medical Director, and other departments as needed.
- Write and update local procedures covering medical information activities and participate in audits and inspections related to these procedures.
- Participate in medical information training for colleagues and field staff, as well as simulation exercises for medical information specialists.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical information role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Pharmacist degree.
- Knowledge of French and European regulations, including the French Code of Public Health.
- Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills in English.
