Department Overview: (key responsibilities, team size...)
The Finance Transformation team consists of three members and is primarily responsible for supporting the Finance function of AXA IM in the context of transformation and digitalization projects. This function has a global scope and covers all AXA IM entities worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Participating in the deployment of the “Risk Control Framework” project aimed at enhancing the internal control system of the Finance function with respect to the Group's control bodies.
- Contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency within the Finance function by facilitating self-assessment campaigns of RCF controls and updating the documentation of respective processes.
- Engaging in the promotion of the Finance community by advocating for the core model and best practices (Long Term Operating Model Finance).

What Profile Are We Looking For?
- Education Level:
- Final year of a Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Organizational Management, or Audit/Risk.
- Technical Skills (IT, Financial Analysis...):
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal and Behavioral Skills:
- Analytical and synthetic thinking, organizational skills, rigor, and adaptability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes is preferred.
- Any additional skills or experience in Risk/Internal Control and Consulting would be an advantage.
