We are seeking an experienced Android developer to join our team at Worldline, a leading provider of payment technology solutions. As an Android developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our Android payment device, working closely with our French and Indian development teams.
Responsibilities- Participate in daily meetings to share progress and blocking points with your peers.
- Understand detailed requirements and define the best strategy to create code that meets those requirements.
- Write high-quality code and unit tests to ensure good code quality.
- Deliver runnable software to testers and ensure that your delivery meets the requirements.
- Prepare and organize demos for stakeholders, including Product Owners and Technical Leaders.
- Contribute to the success of releases and propose technical enhancements to the team and Product Owners.
- Maintain continuous integration and respect the Definition of Done defined by the team.
- Participate in Agile processes.
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in Kotlin on Android.
- At least 3 years of experience in payment device development.
- Knowledge of Android development environment, including Android Studio.
- Knowledge of Gradle on Android.
- Excellent knowledge of source control tools, such as Gitlab.
- Knowledge of Agile processes, such as SCRUM.
- Excellent technical English, both spoken and written.
