- Project Launch & Execution: Actively participate in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring a smooth launch process.
- Schedule Management: Contribute to the development and meticulous monitoring of project timelines, keeping projects on track.
- Robotic Integration Support: Provide essential support to Project Managers in the seamless integration of platform robotization, enhancing automation capabilities.
- Application Tool Implementation: Assist Project Managers in deploying and configuring application tools that streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Site Optimization & Monitoring: Monitor site adjustments and implement necessary changes to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Performance Evaluation & Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform effectiveness, actively participating in the development of action plans for continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis & Automation: Process data to identify opportunities for enhanced task automation, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Employee Training & Support: Participate in training sessions for employees on the new WMS system, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Robotic Maintenance & Support: Implement and maintain the established standards for our Geek+ robotic solution, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
- Platform Upkeep & Monitoring: Actively participate in platform maintenance activities and ongoing monitoring to ensure its stability and performance.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Proactively identify areas for process and workflow improvement, contributing to the optimization of our logistics operations.
