About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at dormakaba. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report project progress, including financials, timelines, and quality metrics
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide training and guidance to project team members as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and close-out reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building automation or security industry
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on financial management and cost control
