As a key member of our product management group, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify priorities and build an enablement roadmap
  • Designing and implementing interactive digital learning experiences that mimic real-life conditions
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Working with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development

Expected outcomes include:

  • High learner satisfaction for training materials
  • Improved business outcomes related to sales, customer support, and project implementation

Requirements include:

  • Master or Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • 6+ years working in a professional environment in a learning/content creation role
  • Proven experience designing and developing content in a corporate learning environment with a global audience
