About the Role

The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois is a key production site for group shampoos, producing over 2 million bottles daily. Our brands include Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. As an ITOT Manager, you will oversee all ITOT operations on the site, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technical excellence, digitalization, and information security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical execution according to local needs and company strategy.
  • Oversee ITOT operations, including incident management, continuous improvement, change management, and governance of operational partners.
  • Develop digital skills for everyone and define the site's digitalization journey.

Requirements

  • Passion for IT infrastructure and digital technologies.
  • Skills in servers, networks, and firewalls.
  • Proactive on technical subjects and leadership.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Master's or Engineering degree in IT, Engineering, etc.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
