We are seeking a highly skilled Account Receivable Accountant to join our team at PROWEBCE in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and deposits.
• Process and reconcile various financial documents, including bank statements and customer invoices.
• Collaborate with the banking department to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams.

Requirements:

Graduated from a degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Proven track record of attention to detail, with a strong sense of priorities and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
