Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement actuarial models and methodologies to support business growth and profitability.
- Provide actuarial opinions and advice to senior management on life and health insurance products and pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of actuarial standards and best practices within the industry.
- Represent the AXA Group in actuarial forums and conferences.
- Strong technical skills in actuarial modeling, coding, and data analysis.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to work in a collaborative project mode.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in life and health actuarial roles.
