As a key player in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a talented individual to drive the development of our Photovoltaic activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Business Network Development: Establish and nurture a robust business network, leveraging connections to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Commercial Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with our teams to design and execute effective commercial strategies, driving business expansion and market share.
  • Market Mastery: Develop in-depth knowledge of the geographical area and market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Management team.
  • Objective Setting: Establish and communicate clear, measurable objectives, driving the team towards achieving business targets.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing B to B sales teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector, with a focus on Photovoltaics.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong desire to be part of an agency creation project, driving innovation and growth.
