Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Founding Software Engineer - AI Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our productivity platform.
Key Responsibilities- AI Agent Development: Design and implement novel techniques to increase the accuracy of our AI agents, enabling them to make informed decisions and automate complex tasks.
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure, including services and APIs, to support our core product.
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Model Development: Work with open-source multi-modal models to improve agent decision pipelines and enhance overall performance.
- Data Generation and Filtering: Generate and filter data for training and fine-tuning custom models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Pipeline Optimization: Improve pipeline performance through fine-tuning and prompt augmentation, ensuring seamless automation of tasks.
- Knowledge Retrieval: Enhance the performance of knowledge retrieval to enable AI agents to access relevant information quickly and accurately.
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
