About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Platform Specialist to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Global Underwriting Office, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Technical Underwriting Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Technical Underwriting Governance framework to ensure consistency and excellence across the organization.
  • Design and deliver effective communications plans to support the Technical Underwriting Platform strategy, including the development of key messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical underwriting risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of technical underwriting governance tools and assets, including SharePoint sites, intranet content, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on technical underwriting matters, including policy, rules, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical underwriting, risk management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear and concise messaging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical underwriting risks and opportunities.
  • Experience with SharePoint, intranet content management, and digital engagement platforms, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and Spanish a plus.
