About the Role

We invite applications for a Faculty Position in Artificial Intelligence for Management at SKEMA Business School. The successful candidate will be part of the SKEMA Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI), an interdisciplinary initiative focused on exploring the opportunities and implications of AI for management.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to:

• Develop and/or lead academic research projects in AI for Management
• Publish research in top-tier journals
• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in AI applied to Management
• Contribute to student mentorship
• Participate in projects related to the SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy

Qualifications

The position requires:

• A Ph.D. in Management or a related field
• A strong research orientation and track record
• Ability to work in a collegial environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellence in quantitative methods
