Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Methods Engineer to join our team at Daher. As an Industrialization Methods Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of manufacturing processes and associated documentation to ensure compliance with quality and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to costing, preliminary studies, and design studies to define and adjust manufacturing sequences, processes, resources, and minor modifications.
* Develop processes and associated documentation to ensure compliance with quality and cost targets and meet project deadlines.
* Optimize production costs, safety, and ergonomics through continuous improvement.
* Supervise production and provide technical support to resolve non-quality issues.

Requirements:

* 3 to 5 years of experience in industrialization or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
