We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at SKILLS RH, a leading provider of recruitment and temporary work services. If you have a background in accounting/finance and a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role, we would like to hear from you.

• Supplier Accounting:
  • Verify, record, and input payments, as well as file invoices
  • Analyze suppliers to ensure accurate financial data
  • Compose various letters to communicate with suppliers
• Tenant Accounting:
  • Prepare and analyze recoverable rental charges to ensure accurate financial reporting
• General Accounting:
  • Participate in year-end inventory work to ensure accurate financial statements
  • Analyze general accounts and process inventory entries to ensure accurate financial data
  • Input year-end Miscellaneous operations entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Process general expenses payments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Budget:
  • Ensure correct analytical allocation of budget commitments for Vallée Sud Habitat services to ensure accurate financial reporting
  Requirements:
  • High school diploma or higher in the accounting/management field
  • Minimum of 2 years' successful experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Listening skills and curiosity to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Rigor, precision, and organization to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, to ensure efficient financial data management
  • Knowledge of an ERP system and property accounting would be an asset
