Medical Director Radioligand Therapy

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Head Radioligand Therapy to lead our medical strategy in France, aligned with global corporate and local company objectives. As a key member of our team, you will embody Novartis values and behaviors, driving medical excellence and innovation in oncology.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute the French RLT medical strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with global and local strategies.
- Lead a team of medical associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and well-being.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical and scientific communities, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide scientific and clinical input to cross-functional sales and marketing teams, ensuring compliance with international regulatory frameworks.
- Define and implement a local publication strategy for the oncology franchise, driving medical knowledge and awareness.
- Manage a team of medical advisors, CRMA, MSL, and potential managers, promoting professional growth and development.
- Support commercial activities, such as congresses and key events, and profile competitors to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and medical knowledge, trends, and guidelines in oncology, ensuring our medical team remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with international regulatory frameworks, promoting responsible and effective communication.
- Internal and external leadership, embodying Novartis values and behaviors.
- Autonomy, responsibility, and well-being of the medical team.
- Medical expertise and recognition from national and international authorities and opinion leaders.
- Effective collaboration with TMO teams to meet annual commitments for the number of centers and patients to recruit.
- Effective collaboration with Commercial RLT teams, Market Access, and public affairs teams to successfully execute the defined RLT strategy.
- Compliance of the entire medical team with best practices, DMOS/LEA rules, and SOPs.
- Medical Doctor (MD) preferred, with a strong scientific background required.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Successful and confirmed experience as a manager.
- Relevant experience in medical affairs in oncology.
- Strategic thinker with a sound commercial acumen.
- Proactive, self-starter, autonomous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player, leading projects from planning to execution and termination.
