SAP Order Processing and Invoicing Expert

Bruker is seeking a skilled Order Coordinator/Facturation Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, creating invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and customer relationship management software, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and create invoices in SAP
- Maintain accurate records and update the SFDC tool
- Collaborate with the Front Office and quotation specialists
- Support other regions with similar functions
- Stay up-to-date with Bruker products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience of SAP and customer relationship management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
