Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Liaison to join our commercial team. As a key link between our sales and production departments, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders and maintaining technical compliance with client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the technical accuracy of sales orders and ensure timely communication with production teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve technical queries and provide expert advice on product specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on delivered products to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any technical issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with the heavy vehicle and car body manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of public procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
