• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive geriatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex medical conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuity of Care: Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring continuity of care for patients across the healthcare spectrum.

• Medical Qualifications: Must be a licensed medical doctor with a minimum qualification in General Medicine.

• Language Skills: Fluency in French is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
