Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our industrial maintenance and production team at Mondelez Global LLC.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned operations professional to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence within our manufacturing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes, enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma initiatives to achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive process optimization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration among team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership roles, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
