Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Client Data Architecture & Services team as a Business Analyst. This team is responsible for Indixis related Business Intelligence (BI) projects such as Datalake, CIB Sales, and associated support and maintenance.
Indixis allows you to collect data from front-end systems of all products, standardize them, enrich them from repositories, and create/generate analyses of CIB's business activity using different decision-making tools.
Key Responsibilities- Exploit CRM data: meetings, contacts, etc. provided by the NAT1 CRM
- Frame the collection of needs, specifications and tests
- Coordinate the IT teams involved and analyze support cases on the HMI, BI and database dashboards via SQL queries
- Be in charge of change management with users (communications, training, demonstrations)
- Contribute to the Agile-Kanban methodology (daily meetings, poker schedules, retrospectives)
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking sector
- Handling of reporting tools (Business Object, Power BI) as part of revenue
- Front office products and processes (Murex...)
- Agile methodology
- Master English with a B2 level
