Role Overview:We are seeking motivated Sales Advisors (both male and female) for an apprenticeship role in the commerce sector in Ile-de-France.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and guiding them in their product selections with attentiveness and availability.
- Enhance customer loyalty by recognizing areas of dissatisfaction and fostering a trusting relationship.
- Maintain a polished appearance at all times.
- Ensure the store is organized, presentable, and clean.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Holder of a High School diploma.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Commercial mindset. Note: The candidate will not incur any costs associated with IFCV registration.
