Position Overview

Your Role

In this position, you will oversee the replenishment of all finished goods, both seasonal and ongoing, across our various channels. Your goal will be to balance product availability with the risk of excess inventory, while also optimizing business operations in scenarios of limited supply.

Key Responsibilities

Scope: Global reach, focusing on primary product categories that constitute over 95% of our business Distribution: Transform a global strategy into actionable projects Demand Planning: Streamline prioritization for production during seasonal purchases Warehouse Management: Plan outbound volumes from the central warehouse to various regions, including budget oversight and weekly reviews with the Group Stock Replenishment: Ensure stock availability across all channels, optimize inventory levels, and manage scarcity through allocation and communication strategies. Tool Oversight: Monitor, adjust, and enhance replenishment tools in collaboration with SL and the group. Collaborate closely with regional Supply Chain Managers, acting as both a coach and a challenger. Facilitate product flow for store and country openings Conduct Monthly Reporting Track KPIs and maintain clear communication Ability to navigate between macro and micro-level topics.

You and your team will engage in various continuous improvement initiatives:

Evaluate and refine current replenishment tools and processes Work alongside Merchandising to enhance the buying process Automate tasks to improve productivity Promote stock mutualization across channels Serve as a representative for Distribution in broader global projects.

Departments Collaborating With

This role requires extensive interaction with multiple departments within Saint Laurent, including logistics, merchandising, digital, supply planning, outlet teams, and customer service. Additionally, collaboration with retail operations, IT, and the Data team is essential. Kering also plays a significant role as a partner in replenishment tools and warehouse planning activities, as well as in various transversal projects with group-wide implications.

Experience Required

A minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, including experience in distribution and allocation Knowledge of the luxury and fashion sectors Proficiency in English and French is essential; Italian is a plus Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Project management experience Solid management experience

You will lead a team of approximately 10 individuals focused on distribution across departments, allocation, and planning.
