What does the role entail?
- You will oversee a portfolio of 1200 members, all healthcare professionals, which you will manage, nurture, and energize, with support from a manager and agency teams.
- You are accessible, responsive, and attentive to your members; you anticipate their requirements and provide clear and pertinent solutions.
- You will organize your schedule, conduct field visits, and generate business by reaching out to clients - members.
- You will address all professional and personal matters: Professional Liability Insurance, Provident Fund, Savings, Retirement, Professional Multirisk Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance, and related services, among others.

What about compensation? In addition to a fixed salary with performance incentives (45/50K based on experience) and full reimbursement of transportation costs, we offer an appealing benefits package: meal vouchers (Swile), health insurance, Provident Fund, Employee Welfare Committee, profit sharing, employee participation, and a contribution (+3 months' salary) along with opportunities to win trips, gift boxes, and gift cards.
